省级高速公路收费管理平台承载的用户多、业务量大,一旦出现故障,对公众出行和社会服务影响巨大,急需建设异地灾备中心,为核心业务系统提供异地的业务应用灾备部署、备份恢复、容灾演练和灾备切换。基于统一的技术标准建设容灾备份系统,面向服务化提供灾备运维服务及运营管理,集中管控容灾备份系统资源和策略,是异地灾备中心实现业务数据的一致性、完整性和可恢复性目标的重要实现手段。文章通过分析某高速公路收费管理平台异地灾备中心灾备管理体系的建设需求,探讨灾备管理体系的建设思路。

The provincial highway toll management platform carries a large number of users and a large volume of business.Once the fault occurs,it will have a huge impact on public travel and social services.Therefore,it is urgent to build a remote disaster recovery center to provide remote business application disaster recovery deployment,backup and recovery,disaster recovery drill and disaster recovery switch for the core business system.Building a Dr Backup system based on unified technical standards,providing Dr Operation and maintenance services and operation management as a service oriented system,and centrally controlling Dr Backup system resources and policies are important means to achieve consistency,integrity,and recoverability of service data in the remote Dr Center.This paper discusses the construction idea of disaster recovery management system by analyzing the construction demand of the remote disaster recovery center of a highway toll management platform.
