高温溶剂萃取滤袋法快速测定油料、饼粕中粗脂肪含量的方法研究

摘要 脂肪是油料、饼粕的重要营养成分,粗脂肪含量的高低是衡量油料、饼粕质量品质价值的重要指标。粗脂肪的测定方法有多种,常规的测定方法是索式抽提法,但该方法耗时长、有机溶剂用量大且同批次处理样品量少。研究建立高温溶剂萃取滤袋法测定油料、饼粕粗脂肪含量的测定方法,与索式抽提法相比,高温溶剂萃取滤袋法方法耗时短、有机溶剂用量少且同批次处理样品量多,可以弥补索式抽提法的不足,具有经济环保、安全性高和简便高效的特点。采用不同粗脂肪含量的油料、饼粕样品对测定方法进行研究,结果表明高温溶剂萃取滤袋法的方法精密度为0.5%~7.3%,与索式抽提法的方法相对相差结果为0.0%~7.4%,表明方法的精密度高且稳定性好,适用于油料、饼粕样品中粗脂肪含量的快速批量测定。 Fat is an important nutritional component of oilseeds and meal.The crude fat content is an important indicator to measure the quality and value of oilseeds and meal.There are many methods for the determination of crude fat.The conventional method is the soxhlet extraction method,but this method is time-consuming,uses a large amount of organic solvent and less samples processed in the same batch.In this paper,high temperature solvent extractive filter bag method was established to determine the crude fat content of oilseeds and meal.Compared with the soxhlet extraction method,the high temperature solvent extractive filter bag method had the advantages of short time-consuming,less organic solvent consumption and more samples processed in the same batch.It could make up for the shortcomings of the soxhlet extraction method,and had the characteristics of economic and environmental protection,high safety and simple and efficient.The determination method was studied by using oil and cake samples with different crude fat content.The results showed that the precision of the high temperature solvent extraction filter bag method was between 0.5%-7.3%,and the relative difference between the method and the soxhlet extraction method was between 0.0%and 7.4%,which indicating the method had high precision and good stability.The high temperature solvent extractive filter bag method established in this paper was suitable for rapid batch determination of crude fat content in oilseed and feed samples.
