摘要
氢能被称为21世纪最具发展潜力的清洁能源,氢能产业的快速发展有利于“双碳”目标的实现。通过文献计量与政策工具,分析了国内外氢能产业现状。通过分类归纳法,梳理了国内外氢能产业制氢、储氢、用氢各环节的技术现状。研究得出中国氢能产业发展所面临困境及主要技术瓶颈,从顶层设计、产学研协同、标准体系建设、开发合作新模式、人才培养等方面为中国未来氢能产业的发展及其核心技术的突破提供对策建议。
Hydrogen energy is known as the most promising clean energy in the 21st century,and the rapid development of hydrogen energy industry is conducive to the realization of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.Through bibliometrics and policy tools,the present situation of hydrogen energy industry at home and abroad was analyzed.Through the classification method,the technical status of hydrogen production,storage and use in hydrogen industry at home and abroad was sorted out.It is concluded that the development of hydrogen energy industry in China is facing difficulties and major technical bottlenecks.From the top-level design,industry-university-research collaboration,standard system construction,new mode of development cooperation,talent training and other aspects,countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of China's hydrogen energy industry and its core technology breakthrough were provided.
