摘要 以沁水煤田部分煤矿在隐蔽致灾地质因素治理方面的治理经验为例,在晋能控股装备制造集团构建了“探测超前、管理到位、防治达效”的防治水工作体系,形成了“夯实基础工作、聚焦灾害防治、深化应急保障”的工作思路,探索构建了顶板水线状疏放、老空水“精准制导、靶向疏放”以及承压水远距离防治的“上、中、下”三层水患定向探测治理技术体系,有效巩固了煤矿隐蔽致灾地质因素普查手段的效果,提升了煤矿隐蔽致灾地质因素防范能力。 Taking the treatment experience of some coal mines in Qinshui Coalfield in controlling hidden geological factors causing disasters as an example,a water prevention and control work system of"advanced detection,effective management,and effective prevention and control"had been established at Jinneng Holding Equipment Manufacturing Group,forming a work concept of"consolidating basic work,focusing on disaster prevention and control,and deepening emergency support",exploring and constructing the"upper,middle and lower"three-layer water hazard directional detection and control technology system for roof water linear drainage,"precise guidance and targeted drainage"of goaf water,and long-distance prevention and control of confined water,effectively consolidating the effects of general survey methods for hidden geological factors causing disasters in coal mines and enhancing the prevention ability of hidden geological factors causing disasters in coal mines.
