摘要
为了快速确定布尔台煤矿301工作面支架类型,从理论角度分析了工作面上覆岩层的运移规律,基于地质参数和实验测试数据,分析了支架支护强度、工作阻力和初撑力参数,选定了ZF 15000/27.5/42型四柱掩护式支架。实际支护结果显示,支架可有效减小围岩变形,支护参数满足支护设计要求,支架选型合理,可供相似研究借鉴。
In order to quickly determine the type of support for 301 working face of Buertai Coal Mine,the movement law of overlying strata in the working face was analyzed theoretically.Based on geological parameters and experimental test data,the support strength,working resistance and initial setting force parameters of the support were analyzed,and the ZF 15000/27.5/42 four pillar shield support was selected.The actual support results showed that the support effectively reduced the deformation of surrounding rock,the support parameters met the support design requirements,and the support selection was reasonable,which can provide reference for similar research.
