近采空区巷道围岩支护技术研究

摘要 山西一煤矿6307运输巷在近采空区段内掘进时受伪顶厚度增大、地质构造及采空区内应力等多因素叠加影响,导致巷道围岩变形量较大、原支护体系中锚杆(索)失效和顶板冒落等问题。在分析运输巷围岩变形特征、松动圈范围等的基础上,提出掘进时留设顶煤给顶板伪顶一定的支护作用力、采用短掘短支方式减少悬空面积,同时通过强化顶板锚索支护、增大护表强度等方式,提高围岩控制效果。现场应用后,6307运输巷在近采空区段掘进时围岩及支护体系保持稳定,实现了对巷道变形的有效控制。 When driving in the near goaf section of 6307 transportation roadway in a coal mine of Shanxi,multiple factors such as the increase of false roof thickness,geological structure and stress in the goaf are superimposed,resulting in large deformation of roadway surrounding rock,failure of bolts(cables)in the original support system,roof caving and other problems.On the basis of analyzing the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of the transportation roadway and the scope of the loosening zone,it was proposed to leave the top coal to provide a certain support force for the false roof during excavation,adopt short excavation and short support methods to reduce the suspended area,and improve the control effect of the surrounding rock by strengthening the anchor cable support of the roof and increasing the strength of the support surface.After on-site application,the surrounding rock and support system of 6307 transportation roadway remained stable during excavation near the goaf section,achieving effective control of roadway deformation.
