黄玉川煤矿智能供排水系统设计

摘要 为了推进煤矿智能化建设,需要对煤矿井下各个生产子系统进行智能化改造,供排水系统是其中之一。结合黄玉川煤矿的具体情况,分析了该矿的智能供排水系统改造过程,主要包括总体设计、“一张图”智能管控系统和各供排水系统子系统。改造完成后,可以提高矿井智能化水平、矿井安全水平和煤矿生产效率。可以为煤矿智能供排水系统设计及改造提供一定的参考。 In order to promote the intelligent construction of coal mines,it is necessary to carry out intelligent transformation of various production sub-systems of underground coal mines,and the water supply and drainage system is one of them.Based on the specific situation of Huangyuchuan Coal Mine,this paper analyzed the transformation process of the intelligent water supply and drainage system in the mine,mainly including the overall design,an intelligent control system for"one diagram",and various subsystems of the water supply and drainage system.After the renovation is completed,it can improve the intelligence level,safety level,and production efficiency of the mine.It can provide a certain reference for the design and transformation of intelligent water supply and drainage systems in coal mines.
