Shearer is one of the core equipment of mechanized coal mining,and its normal operation is directly related to the efficiency of coal mining.Due to the bad production conditions in underground coal mine,various faults of shearer inevitably occur during operation.In order to ensure the efficiency of coal mining,it is necessary to deal with the fault of shearer in time.Some faults that often occur in the operation process of electric traction shearer were analyzed,including mechanical faults,hydraulic faults and electrical faults,the treatment methods of electric traction shearer faults were discussed,which can provide certain technical reference for shearer fault treatment.
