手足口病患儿心肌损伤与血清25-羟维生素D_(3)水平的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨手足口病患儿心肌损伤与血清25-羟维生素D_(3)[25-hydroxyvitamin D_(3),25(OH)D_(3)]水平的相关性。方法选取成都市公共卫生临床医疗中心2017年1月至2020年1月收治的107例手足口病患儿为观察组,将其中67例未发生心肌损伤的患儿设为未发生组,40例发生心肌损伤的患儿设为发生组;选择同期来成都市公共卫生临床医疗中心接受健康体检的60例年龄≤12岁的正常儿童为对照组。统计研究对象的性别、年龄、体重指数、血清25(OH)D_(3)水平等一般资料,比较观察组不同病情患儿血清脑钠肽、肌酸激酶同工酶水平,分析手足口病患儿心肌损伤与血清25(OH)D_(3)水平的相关性。结果各组年龄、性别、体重指数比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);观察组血清25(OH)D_(3)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。发生组脑钠肽、肌酸激酶同工酶水平均高于未发生组(P<0.05),25(OH)D_(3)水平低于未发生组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,手足口病患儿脑钠肽、肌酸激酶同工酶与血清25(OH)D_(3)水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论手足口病患儿心肌损伤与血清25(OH)D_(3)水平密切相关,早期检测可为临床诊疗提供一定参考。 Objective To study the correlation between myocardial injury and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D_(3)[25(OH)D_(3)]levels in children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Method 107 children with hand,foot and mouth disease admitted to Public Health Clinical Center of Chengdu from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group,of which 67 children without myocardial injury were in the non-occurring group,and 40 children with myocardial injury were in the observation group as the occurrence group;60 cases of healthy children aged≤12 years who came to the hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Statistics study subjects’gender,age,BMI serum 25(OH)D_(3) levels and other general data,compare the plasma BNP and CK-MB of children with different conditions in the observation group,to analyze the correlation between myocardial injury and serum 25(OH)D_(3) levels in children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Result There was no significant difference in age,gender,and BMI index among the groups(P>0.05);the observation group’s 25(OH)D_(3) level was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of BNP,CK-MB in the occurrence group were higher than those in the non-occurring group(P<0.05),and the 25(OH)D_(3) level was lower than the non-occurring group(P<0.05).Pearson test showed that hand,foot and mouth disease children’s BNP,CK-MB and serum 25(OH)D_(3) levels were negatively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion Myocardial injury in children with hand-footmouth disease is closely related to the serum 25(OH)D_(3) level.Early detection can provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
