新时代党的建设的逻辑、本质与策略——基于《历史与阶级意识》的思考

Logic,Essence and Strategy for Party Building in the New Era——Reflections based on History and Class Consciousness

新时代党的建设是直接关系到新时代新征程中国共产党的使命任务的重大时代课题。应对各种风险挑战的客观需要、引领伟大社会革命的内在要求、永葆先进性纯洁性的题中之义分别构成新时代党的建设的现实逻辑、实践逻辑与价值逻辑。青年卢卡奇在《历史与阶级意识》中基于总体性辩证法和阶级意识理论提出了自己的无产阶级政党理论,启发我们新时代党的建设的本质内涵在于实现党员作为“感性个体”上升到“组织存在”,在于实现无产阶级阶级意识在更高水平相统一,在于为理论与实践的真正统一提供组织保证,是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的有意识步骤。进而言之,卢卡奇的组织理论对于推进新时代党的建设提供了策略思考,新时代党的建设必须坚持党员个体与党组织的辩证统一、组织问题与策略问题的辩证统一、理论创新与理论武装的辩证统一、党的建设与党的任务的辩证统一。

Party building in the new era is a major topic of the times directly related to the mission and task of the Communist Party of China in the new era on the new journey.The objective need for coping with various risks and challenges,the inherent requirements for leading the great social revolution,and the thematic meaning of maintaining the advanced nature and purity,these constitute the realistic,practical and value logic of Party building in the new era.In History and Class Consciousness,young Lukács put forward his own theory of proletarian party based on the overall dialectic and class consciousness theory,which inspired us to realize that the essential connotation of Party building in the new era lies in realizing the rise of Party members as“emotional individuals”to“organizational existence”,in realizing the unity of proletarian class consciousness at a higher level,in providing organizational guarantee for the true unity of theory and practice,and in adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.In addition,Lukács's theory of organization provides strategic thinking for promoting Party building in the new era;Party building in the new era must adhere to the dialectical unity between individual party members and party organizations,between organizational issues and strategic issues,between theoretical innovation and theoretical armament,and between Party building and Party missions.
