阀体中法兰车夹具优化设计

摘要 针对传统阀体中法兰车夹具结构进行了设计优化,改进了侧向夹紧装置,增大阀体的受力面积,提高了夹紧稳定性和安全性;采用多孔可调式支撑架结构,满足不同高度的阀体装夹需求;优化V型螺旋支撑装置,从而实现V型开口大小可调,保证不同阀体通道外圆定位装夹精度,提高生产效率;通过对阀体定位装夹、切削加工过程受力分析研究,固化阀体中法兰加工工艺,提高阀体的安装效率和加工稳定性,使夹具安全性能得到加强,进一步提升工艺技术创新能力。 The design of the traditional valve body center flange turning fixture structure was optimized,improving the lateral clamping device,increasing the force area of the valve body,improving clamping stability and safety;adopting a multi-hole adjustable support frame structure to meet the clamping needs of valve bodies of different heights;optimizing the V-shaped spiral support device,thus realizing the adjustable size of the V-shaped opening,ensuring the clamping accuracy of different valve body channel outer circle positioning and improving production efficiency.Through the study of valve body positioning clamping,cutting and processing process force analysis,solidify the flange processing process in the valve body,improve the installation efficiency and processing stability of the valve body,so that the safety performance of the fixture is enhanced to further enhance the technological innovation capability.
