摘要
超低温球阀广泛应用在LNG输送管道系统中,但是超低温球阀经常会发生空化现象。本文对LNG超低温球阀中的空化现象进行了仿真分析,结果表明:随着质量流量的增加,LNG在球阀管道中的速度越来越大,产生的压降也越来越大;LNG超低温球阀管道内部空化发生的位置主要位于焊接法兰附近的缩口处,并且进口处的空化要比出口处的空化现象更加严重。
Cryogenic ball valves are widely used in LNG transmission pipeline systems,but cavitation often occurs in cryogenic ball valves.In this paper,the cavitation phenomenon in LNG cryogenic ball valves was simulated and analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of mass flow rate,the speed of LNG was increasing,and the pressure drop was also increasing.The cavitation mainly occurs at the necking position near the welding flange,and the cavitation at the inlet was more serious than that at the outlet.
