摘要
以某核电机组汽机旁路系统的汽机旁路调节阀技术参数为例,介绍了阀门结构及工作原理。在流场的激励和弹簧的作用下,对额定工况时阀芯的受力和运动情况进行分析。对保证阀门的长久可靠性具有重要意义,同时对解决阀门振动问题提供有效的指导。
Taking the technical parameters of the steam turbine bypass control valve of a nuclear power unit as an example,the valve structure and working principle are introduced.Under the excitation of the flow field and the action of the spring,the force and movement of the valve core under the rated working condition are analyzed.It is of great significance to ensure the long-term reliability of the valve and to provide effective guidance for solving the problem of valve vibration.
