摘要
新集控系统建设过程中,需要对大量运行设备遥控信号进行校核,为此研发一种运行设备遥控信号校核装置。首先,分析运行设备遥控信号常规校核方法的不足,提出校核新思路;然后,基于新集控系统的网络结构,进行校核装置的功能和软硬件设计,并研发遥控信号提取方法;最后,对该装置应用前后的信号校核时间进行对比分析。结果表明,该装置能有效提高运行设备遥控信号的校核速率,满足新集控系统的投运节点要求。
During the construction of the new centralized control system,a large number of operating equipment need to be checked for remote control signals.Thus a remote control signal checking device for operating equipment is developed.Firstly,it analyzed the deficient conventional checking method of operating equipment remote control signals and put forward a new idea of checking.Secondly,based on the network structure of the new centralized control system,the functional design and software and hardware design of the device is carried out.It developed remote control signal extraction method as well.Finally,the signal checking time before and after the application of the device is compared and analyzed.The results show that the device can effectively improve the speed of remote control signal checking and meet the requirements of the new centralized control system.
