摘要
针对军队院校专业课程与思政课程协同育人的必要性与挑战性,分析了时代背景下专业课程主动识变、应变、求变,以及开展思政设计的重要意义,进一步探讨了涵盖价值塑造、心理强健、能力培养和知识交互的“四位一体”专业课程思政设计目标,最终提出了“立”“引”“挖”“扩”四种思政设计的具体方法与要求。期望基于时代特征与学员特点,技术性调整课程教学设计,寻求多学科融合交叉思政点,在国际国内形势变革中把正价值导向,实现专业课程思政育人作用的高效发挥。
Aiming at the necessity and challenge of the cooperation of major-compulsory courses and ideological and political courses in military academies,this paper analyzes the significance of proactively identifying changes,responding to changes,pursuing changes,and carrying out ideological and political element design for major-compulsory courses under the background of the times.The expected four-in-one goals of such design include value shaping,psychological strengthening,ability cultivation and knowledge interaction.Finally,this paper puts forward four specific methods and requirements of ideological and political element design,including establishment,introduction,excavation,and expansion.This paper expects to adjust the teaching design,finds the ideological and political point of multi-disciplinary integration,and keeps the right value orientation in the changing international and domestic situations based on the characteristics of the times and students so as to realize effective moral education in major-compulsory courses.
