钢丝绳绳头主要用于钢丝绳与吊具之间的连接,是港口机械吊装作业中应用较广的绳具。用套环和钢丝绳夹制作的绳头因制作简单、可靠性高在港口行业广泛使用。研制了一套专门用于钢丝绳绳头制作的台钳,给出了绳夹螺栓紧固机构设计、套环安装机构设计、台钳电控系统设计、台钳制作方案。该台钳可解决钢丝绳绳头制作无机械化问题,可降低工人劳动强度,提高制作可靠性。

Steel Wire rope head is mainly used for the connection between wire rope and hanging gear.It is widely used in port machinery lifting operation.The rope head made with sleeve ring and wire rope clip is widely used in the port industry because of its simple production and high reliability.A set of pliers for steel wire rope head is developed,and the design of bolt fastening mechanism,ring installation mechanism,pliers electronic control system and pliers making scheme are given.The pliers can solve the problem of rope production,reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the reliability of production.
