摘要
分析了30万t级原油码头平台原油管线及输油臂出现爆震的原因,提出一种原油码头平台管线爆震预防方案。该方案通过协调油轮操作人员控制卸船输油泵压力、严格按照操作规程进行操作、结合码头工艺管线结构的不同制定不同的卸船工艺方案等针对性的预防措施,可有效避免输油臂及管线爆震现象,保障生产安全。
The causes of crude oil pipeline and oil transfer arm bursting on the 300,000-ton crude oil terminal platform are analyzed,and a prevention scheme for pipeline bursting on the crude oil terminal platform is proposed.In this scheme,the tanker operators to control the pressure of the oil transfer pump are coordinated,strict accordance with the operating procedures are strictly followed,and different ship uploading technology plans in combination with the different structures of the terminal technological pipelines and other targeted preventive measures are formulated.This can effectively avoid the oil transfer arm and pipeline bursting and ensure the production safety.
