船用柴油发动机冲击故障监测系统设计

摘要 船用柴油发动机在振动冲击激励下的可靠性是衡量柴油发动机性能的重要指标,本文针对船舶柴油发动机系统进行动力学建模与分析,详细介绍了柴油发动机的振动和冲击激励来源与特性,结合能量采集传感器和嵌入式技术,搭建一种船用柴油发动机的冲击故障监测系统,并通过搭建冲击故障监测试验台,进行该监测系统的性能测试。 The reliability of marine diesel engine under vibration and shock excitation is an important index to measure the performance of diesel engine.This paper conducts dynamic modeling and analysis for marine diesel engine system,introduces the vibration and shock excitation sources and characteristics of diesel engine in detail,and combines the energy acquisition sensor and embedded technology.A kind of shock fault monitoring system for marine diesel engine is established,and the performance test of the monitoring system is carried out by setting up the shock fault monitoring test platform.
