潜艇扭曲舵对推进效率影响研究

摘要 为了提高潜艇螺旋桨的推进效率,提出一种潜艇新型扭曲舵。研究扭曲舵对潜艇螺旋桨推进效率的影响,以SUBOFF潜艇模型为研究对象,采用数值计算方法,分别对安装常规舵和扭曲舵时潜艇的水动力性能进行计算,对比分析扭曲舵对潜艇阻力、螺旋桨推力、扭矩以及推进效率的影响。结果表明,相对于安装常规舵,安装扭曲舵的潜艇螺旋桨推进效率提高了8.22%,扭曲舵对潜艇阻力影响不大,可以忽略不计,且安装扭曲舵后,降低了潜艇整体的不平衡扭矩。研究结果为提高潜艇螺旋桨推进效率提供了新途径。 In order to improve the propulsion efficiency of submarine,a new type of twisted rudder for submarine is proposed.In order to study the effect of twisted rudder on the propulsion efficiency of submarine propeller,taking the SUBOFF submarine model as the research object,the hydrodynamic performance of submarine with conventional rudder and twisted rudder is calculated by using numerical calculation method,and the effects of twisted rudder on submarine resistance,propeller thrust,torque and propulsion efficiency are compared and analyzed.The results show that compared with the conventional rudder,the propulsion efficiency of the submarine propeller with twisted rudder is increased by 8.22%,and the effect of twisted rudder on the resistance of the submarine is negligiblem,and the unbalanced torque of the submarine is reduced after the twisted rudder is installed.This study provides a new way to improve the propulsion efficiency of submarine propeller.
