摘要
提出并设计一种应用于舰船低速直驱系统的混合励磁交替极永磁游标直线电机。阐述了该电机的结构设计和理论分析,以提高电机输出性能为目标,利用二维有限元法对极弧系数和Halbach永磁体阵列尺寸等关键技术参数进行优化,分析了电机的电磁性能,验证了电机结构设计的合理性,最后将该电机与交替极、隐极和混合励磁隐极3种次级结构的电机进行了比较。结果表明,与混合励磁隐极结构相比,设置在电枢齿间的Halbach永磁体阵列能显著提升交替极电机的输出性能,该电机在磁钢利用率、输出推力、推力波动等方面拥有更优越的性能表现,综合性能较优,在舰船武器升降平台、直线驱动往复水泵等低速大推力场合拥有广阔的应用前景。
A new HECP-PMLVM used for low speed direct drive system in ship was proposed and designed.The structure design and working principle of the motor were expounded.With the goal of improving the output performance of the motor,the 2D finite element method was used to optimize the key parameters such as pole-arc coefficients and dimensions of Halbach permanent magnet array.The electromagnetic performance of the motor was analyzed,which verified the rationality of the motor structure design,and the motor was compared with the CP-PMLVM,NS-PMLVM and HENS-PMLVM finally.The results show that,compared with the HENS-PMLVM,the combination of Halbach permanent magnet array arranged between the armature teeth and consequent-pole has a significant gain in the output performance of the motor.The motor has better performance in permanent magnet utilization,output thrust and thrust fluctuation,and has better comprehensive performance,and it can be seen that the new HECP-PMLVM has a broad application prospects in low speed and high thrust occasions such as weapon lifting platform,linear drive reciprocating pump,etc.
