陕西关中地区农户餐厨垃圾分类处理的支付意愿及水平研究

A study on farmers′willingness and level of payment for kitchen waste sorting and management in Guanzhong region,Shaanxi

将餐厨垃圾进行分类处理可提高废弃资源价值。本文利用陕西关中地区农户微观调查数据和样本选择模型,研究影响农户餐厨垃圾分类处理支付意愿及水平的因素。通过分析认为:影响支付意愿及水平的因素各不相同,而“与其他农户交流餐厨垃圾信息的意愿”均影响支付意愿和支付水平。基于结论,提出补贴农户机会成本、加强农户互帮互助、培养农户对权威人士的信任和因地制宜进行教育宣传四条建议。

Classifying and handling kitchen waste can increase the value of discarded resources.This paper uses the micro-survey data of farmers in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province and a sample selection model to explore the factors affecting the farmers’willingness and level of payment for the separation and treatment of kitchen waste.The analysis revealed that the factors influencing the willingness and level of payment varied,but the willingness of other farmers to exchange information about kitchen waste affected both the willingness and level of payment.Based on these findings,four suggestions were proposed:subsidizing the opportunity cost for farmers,strengthening mutual assistance and collaboration among farmers,cultivating farmers′trust in authoritative figures,and carrying out tailored educational campaigns and publicity according to local conditions.
