摘要
辐射制冷涂料用于建筑可以降低制冷负荷,达到节能目的。为分析辐射制冷涂料应用于数据中心机房的节能潜力,依据显式辐射平衡方程分析了围护结构辐射特性对建筑能耗的影响,结合WUFI-Plus软件对西藏宁算数据中心机房在围护结构有无保温层、不同室内设备产热量以及围护结构外表面不同辐射特性的多种工况下进行了数值模拟。模拟结果表明:内热源较小时,保温层会减小全年总负荷,辐射制冷涂料会增大全年总负荷;内热源较大时,去除保温层能降低全年总负荷,且辐射制冷涂料的效果随着内热源的增大而增大,最终达到极值。辐射制冷涂料在夏季的节能效果大于其他季节,且短波吸收率比长波发射率对负荷的影响更加显著。
Radiative cooling coatings are used in buildings to reduce cooling load and achieve energy efficiency.To analyze the energy-saving potential of the radiative cooling coating applied to computer room in data center,this paper analyzed the influence of the radiative characteristics of building envelope on building energy consumption based on the explicit radiation balance equation.Numerical simulations were also performed with WUFI-Plus on the computer rooms of the Tibetan Ningsuan Data Center for various scenarios,including building envelope with or without insulation layer,different internal heat source strength,and different radiative characteristics of the envelope.The simulation results show that when the internal heat source was small,the insulation reduced the total annual load,and the radiant cooling coating increased the total annual load;when the internal heat source was large,the annual load was lower for the scenario without the insulation layer.The efficiency of the radiative cooling coating also increased with the increasing strength of the internal heat source and eventually reached the maximum value.The energy-saving effect of the radiative cooling coating was also found to be greater in summer than in other seasons,and the short-wave absorptivity was more important than the long-wave emissivity.
