毛泽东思想三个世界划分理论及其当代价值——以美日在非洲遏制“一带一路”为例

Mao Zedong Thought of Three World Division Theory and Its Contemporary Value——Taking the US and Japan's Containment of the“the Belt and Road”in Africa as an Example

The“the Belt and Road”is inextricably linked with the three world division theory of Mao Zedong Thought in terms of semantic connotation and actual geography.In the 1970s,as the United States'external expansion led to its own mire in war,the confrontation between the United States and the Soviet Union gradually shifted from the United States to the Soviet Union,and the arms race between the two countries was increasingly better than the Soviet Union.In the face of the treacherous international situation,Mao Zedong took the opportunity to put forward the theory of dividing three worlds on the basis of discussing the“middle zone”theory and the“two middle zones”theory,in order to unite the second and third world countries to jointly oppose hegemonism and maintain world peace.The three world division theory of Mao Zedong Thought,as a creative development of the international united front theory of Marxism Leninism,even if projected across time and space on the regions and relevant actors involved in the“the Belt and Road”,still has a strong insight function and perfect scientific understanding of the Cold War thinking challenges encountered by relevant third world countries in the process of participating in the“the Belt and Road”,and can thoroughly clarify the longitude and latitude of the US and Japan's challenge to the“the Belt and Road”in Africa,and excavate the root of its western universal values.The challenge of the Cold War thinking of the US and Japan to the“the Belt and Road”initiative in Africa is a typical contemporary example of the three world theory.The three world theory of Mao Zedong Thought,which isolates the first world,strives for or divides the second world,and unites the third world,should be designed to meet the challenge of the US and Japan to the“the Belt and Road”cold war thinking in Africa.Thus,it further demonstrates the era value of the theory that still has a strong international united front leading force under the great changes that have not occurred in the world in a century when international relations are reshuffled.
