德国社会文化背景下针刺治疗临床探讨

Clinical Discussion on Acupuncture Therapy Under German Social and Cultural Background

在德国开展中医针刺临床研究工作中,观察在德国社会文化背景下,患者存在不同的就医心理,临床患者存在高龄、复杂多系统疾病、疑难杂病特点,提出局部问题须整体辨证、多个系统须综合辨证、病程变化要动态辨证、合理用药要中西医辨证,并结合饮食起居辅助调理的针刺治疗特点;根据德国患者的地理人文环境、生活风俗习惯等诸多不同于中国患者的独特性,总结德国患者疾病发生的六大类原因,为海外中医工作者提供临床参考经验。

During the clinical research on TCM acupuncture in Germany,the author observed that under the social and cultural background of Germany,patients had different psychology of seeking medical treatment,and clinical patients had characteristics of old,complex multi-system diseases and complicated diseases.It is suggested that local problems should be treated with holistic syndrome differentiation,multiple systems should be treated with comprehensive syndrome differentiation,course of disease should be treated with dynamic syndrome differentiation,rational drug use should be treated with Chinese and western syndrome differentiation,and acupuncture treatment should be combined with diet,daily life and auxiliary conditioning.According to the peculiarities of German patients,such as geographical and cultural environment,living customs and habits,which are different from those of Chinese patients,summarized six major causes of disease occurrence in German patients,It provides clinical reference experience for overseas Chinese medicine workers.
