湿润烧伤膏联合含银敷料治疗肛周脓肿术后创面修复疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of MEBO Combined with Silver Dressingin the Treatment of Perianal Abscess

目的:观察并分析湿润烧伤膏联合含银敷料治疗肛周脓肿术后创面修复的疗效。方法:选取医院收治的120例肛周脓肿患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组(60例)、对照组(60例),两组患者均已行肛周脓肿一次性根治术,治疗组患者术后行湿润烧伤膏联合含银敷料换药处理,对照组予以含银敷料换药处理,对比两组患者术后第1、5、10天创面疼痛评分、肉芽组织形态情况、创面分泌物情况,以及两组患者术后疗效和创面完全愈合时间。结果:术后第1天,两组患者创面疼痛评分、创面分泌物及创面肉芽形态比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后第5天、第10天治疗组患者创面疼痛评分、创面分泌物、肉芽组织形态情况明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。术后1月疗效对比,治疗组患者明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05),治疗组患者创面完全愈合时间平均为(21.25±5.43)d,对照组患者平均为(24.20±5.29)d,治疗组患者较对照组患者明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:湿润烧伤膏联合含银敷料治疗肛周脓肿术后创面修复疗效显著,明显优于对照组,并且可减轻患者术后疼痛,减少创面分泌物,促进肉芽组织生长及缩短创面愈合时间。

Objective:To observe and analyze the efficacy of MEBO combined with silver dressing in the treatment of perianal abscess.Methods:120patients were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into a treatment group(60cases)and a control group(60cases).Both groups of patients had undergone a one-time radical operation for perianal abscess.The patients in the treatment group were treated with MEBO combined with silver dressing after operation.The control group was treated with silver dressing.The wound pain score,granulation tissue morphology,wound secretion,postoperative curative effect,and complete wound healing time were compared between the two groups on the 1st,5th,and 10th,day after operation.Results:On the first day after operation,there was no significant difference in wound pain score,wound secretion and wound granulation morphology between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 5th and 10th day after the operation,the wound pain score,wound secretion and granulation tissue morphology in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).One month after the operation,the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average time of complete wound healing in the treatment group was(21.25±5.43)days.The average of the control group was(24.20±5.29)days.The treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of MEBO combined with silver dressing in the treatment of perianal abscess was significantly better than that of the control group,and it could reduce the postoperative pain,reduce the wound secretion,promote the growth of granulation tissue and shorten the wound healing time.
