固本培元方治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后毒副反应临床观察

Clinical Observation of Guben Peiyuan Formula in Treating the Side Effects of Chemotherapy for Malignant Tumors

目的:观察固本培元方治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后毒副反应的临床疗效。方法:选择恶性肿瘤化疗后患者140例,按随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组各70例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用固本培元方。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后KPS评分和生命质量评分均明显高于同组治疗前和对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候积分和癌因性疲乏评分均明显优于同组治疗前和对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后消化道和骨髓抑制毒副反应轻于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肝功能和肾功能损害均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:固本培元方治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后毒副反应疗效显著,能明显减轻患者毒副反应。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Guben Peiyuan formula in improving the toxic and side effects after chemotherapy,and analyze its clinical efficacy characteristics.Methods:1140patients with malignant tumors after chemotherapy were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 70cases each according to random number table.The control group used conventional western medicine to treat the adverse reactions after chemotherapy,and the observation group added Guben Peiyuan formula to treat the adverse reactions after chemotherapy on the basis of the control group.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The KPS score and quality of life score of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the same group before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores and cancer-related fatigue scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the same group before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).The side effects of digestive tract and bone marrow suppression in the observation group after treatment were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The liver function and renal function of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guben Peiyuan formula has a significant effect on the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy for malignant tumors,and can significantly reduce the toxic and side effects of patients.
