牵引联合“龙氏正骨手法”治疗早期青少年特发性脊柱侧弯临床观察

Clinical Observation of Traction Combined with“Long's Orthopedic Manipulation Technique”for Early Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis

目的:观察牵引联合“龙氏正骨手法”治疗早期青少年脊柱侧弯的临床疗效。方法:选取符合特发性脊柱侧弯诊断标准的青少年患者60例,按随机数字表法分为两组。其中对照组采用牵引联合常规青少年脊柱侧弯推拿治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上增加“龙氏正骨手法”,观察并统计分析治疗前、治疗1个疗程后,两组VAS评分、Cobb角的变化,评估两组临床疗效。结果:治疗1个疗程后,两组Cobb角及VAS评分方面均较治疗前有明显改善,且治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牵引联合“龙氏正骨手法”治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯能有效缩小Cobb角,减轻患者患侧疼痛程度,明显提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of traction combined with“Long's Orthopedic Manipulation Technique”for the treatment of early adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.Methods:Sixty adolescent patients with idiopathic scoliosis who met the diagnostic criteria were selected from the inpatient wards,outpatient clinics,and physical examination centers of our hospital from August 2020to August 2022,and were randomly assigned to two groups according to a random number table.The control group received traction combined with conventional adolescent scoliosis massage therapy,and the treatment group received“Long's Orthopedic Manipulation Technique”in addition to the treatment received by the control group.The changes in VAS scores and Cobb angles of the two groups before and after one course of treatment were observed and statistically analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of both groups.Results:After one course of treatment,both groups showed significant improvement in Cobb angles and VAS scores compared to before treatment,and the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traction combined with“Long's Orthopedic Manipulation Technique”can effectively reduce the Cobb angle and alleviate the degree of pain on the affected side in adolescent patients with idiopathic scoliosis,and significantly improve their quality of life.
