Professor Song Liqun's Experience in Treating Hypertensive Nephropathy

针对高血压肾病患者正虚邪实的病机,宋立群教授认为,正虚以肝脾肾为主,邪实以瘀、湿、毒为主,提出“脏腑同调,肝脾肾为主”“补泻兼施,祛瘀通肾络”“宣肺利水,除湿兼排毒”之法,紧抓病机,标本兼治,扶正祛邪。

In response to the pathological mechanism that healthy energy deficiency and evil excess of hypertensive nephropathy.Professor Song Liqun believes that the positive deficiency is based on liver,spleen and kidney,and the negative reality is based on stasis,dampness and toxicity,and proposes the method of“regulating the internal organs together,with liver,spleen and kidney as the mainstay”,“treating with both elimination and reinforcement,dispelling stasis to free the kidney collateral vessels”,“diffusing the lung to induce diuresis,dispelling dampness and detoxify”,grasping the pathological mechanism,treating both the symptoms and the root cause,and reinforcing the healthy qi and eliminate the pathogenic factors.
