郭志华教授运用心痛泰治疗冠心病临证经验

Clinical Experience of Professor Guo Zhihua in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Using Xintongtai Decoction

冠心病即冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势,已成为我国严重的疾病经济负担之一。冠心病属中医“胸痹”范畴,中医论胸痹多以气滞血瘀为基本病机。郭志华教授在此基础上提出“双心共病”理论,认为冠心病患者常合并有心理障碍疾病。该类患者除胸闷、心痛等心脏疾病症状外,还兼有失眠、心烦、焦躁等心神不安症状,故郭志华教授自拟心痛泰一方,该方由丹参、川芎、葛根、郁金、木香、栝楼皮等药物组成,以行气活血为基本治法,同时辨证加用酸枣仁、首乌藤、合欢花等药物以安心神,双心兼顾,效果显著。

Coronary heart disease,also called coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)-its popularity is on the rise,and it is one of the most serious economic burdens of disease in China.CHD belongs to the category of chest discomfort in Chinese medicine,and the basic pathogenesis of chest discomfort is Qi stagnation and blood stasis.On this basis,Professor Guo proposed the theory of double“heart-mental co-morbidity”,believing that patients with CHD often have a combination of psychological disorders.In addition to symptoms of heart disease such as chest tightness or chest pain,such patients also suffer from insomnia,agitation,and restlessness.This formula consists of Danshen,Rhizoma Ligusticum Chuanxiong,Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhiza Glabra,Tulip,Mucuna Pruriens,Juniper Bark,etc.The basic treatment is to move Qi and invigorate Blood.At the same time,Professor Guo also added herbs like Sour Date Palm,Radix Polygoni Multiflori Vine and Acacia Flower to calm the mind.
