摘要
为提升铝合金模板的施工质量和安全性,本文主要依托保利锦上雅苑项目,简要阐述了铝合金模板的工艺流程和施工注意事项,计算了铝合金模板在高层建筑标准层的挠度、强度和稳定性,并采用类似年度等值法和抽样统计法对经济效益和成型效果进行了评估。结果表明:1)铝合金模板的挠度在允许的范围内,为铝合金模板的安全施工提供了理论依据;2)采用铝合金模板施工,加快了工程进度,节约了工程成本,达到了节能降耗的目的;3)混凝土成型表观效果较好。本文成果可为类似工程施工工艺提供一定的借鉴与参考。
In order to improve the construction quality and safety of aluminum alloy template,based on the Poly Jinshang Yayuan project,the process flow and construction precautions of aluminum alloy template are briefly expounded;the deflection,strength and stability of aluminum alloy template on the high-rise buildings standard floor are calculated;and the economic effectiveness and forming effects are evaluated by using similar annual equivalence method and sampling statistical method.The results show that:1)the deflection of the aluminum alloy template is within the allowable range,which provides a theoretical basis for the safe construction of the aluminum alloy template;2)The use of aluminum alloy template construction accelerates the progress of the project,saves the project cost,and achieves the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction;3)The apparent effect of concrete forming is better.The results can provide a certain reference for similar engineering construction process.
