基于后悔理论的建设项目全过程造价管理成熟度评价研究

Research on the maturity evaluation of the whole process cost management of construction projects based on regret theory

为了提高工程造价管理能力,用最优的方式控制成本以提高收益,将建设项目各个阶段的造价管理联系起来非常有必要。本文参考项目管理成熟度模型,构建了建设项目全过程造价管理成熟度评价模型;采用改进层次分析法和反熵法分别确定评价指标的主客观权重,并基于博弈论原理组合赋权,计算各个评价指标的综合权重,再引入后悔理论,通过计算综合评价值确定建设项目全过程造价管理成熟度等级,最后将所建立的评价模型应用于某实际工程。研究表明:应用该模型所得出的结果合理可靠。本文研究成果可为建设项目全过程造价管理成熟度评价提供新思路。

In order to improve the project cost management ability and control the cost in the best way to improve its income,it is very necessary to link the cost management at all stages of the construction project.A cost management maturity evaluation model is constructed for the whole process of construction project with reference to the project management maturity model.The improved analytic hierarchy method and anti-entropy method are used to determine the subjective and objective weights of the evaluation indexes respectively,and based on the game theory principle,the combined weights are calculated,the comprehensive weight of each evaluation index is calculated,and then the regret theory is introduced to determine the maturity level of cost management in the whole process of the construction project by calculating the comprehensive evaluation value,and finally the established evaluation model is applied to an actual project.The results show that the results obtained by applying the model are reasonable and reliable.The results can provide new ideas for the maturity evaluation of cost management in the whole process of construction project.
