高铁快运网络优化模型与算法研究

摘要 为了科学地优化高铁快运网络,本文研究了高铁枢纽选择问题以及集散货中心归属关系问题。建立了以高铁快运网络总体运输效益最大化为目标的整数规划模型,并采用模拟退火算法进行求解。为了提升模拟退火算法的求解效率,根据问题特征设计了启发式规则和策略,以此生成合理的初始解,并在初始解的基础上不断进行邻域搜索。不同规模算例的数值实验结果表明,本文设计的算法能在合理的时间内得到满意解。同时,通过对实际案例的数值实验结果进行分析,为高铁快运网络的发展提供价值参考。 To scientifically optimize the high-speed railway express network,this paper studies the related optimization problems.The selection of high-speed railway hubs and relationship of allocation of collection and distribution centers are the main components of related optimization problems.This paper establishes an integer planning model with the goal of maximizing the high-speed railway express network's overall transport revenues.Moreover,this paper also solves the aforementioned model by using a simulated annealing algorithm.To increase the efficiency of the proposed algorithm,some heuristic rules and strategies based on problem characteristics are designed in this paper.The heuristic rules and strategies can generate a reasonable initial solution and do the neighborhood search continually based on the initial solu-tion.According to the numerical experimental results of different scales'instances,the algorithm designed in this paper can obtain satisfactory solutions in a reasonable period of time.At the same time,this paper also provides valuable refer-ences for the development of high-speed railway express network by analyzing the numerical experimental results of an actual case.
