ABO血型与甲状腺相关眼病的相关性研究

The correlation between ABO blood group and thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy

目的探讨ABO血型与甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)的相关性。方法回顾性系列病例研究。收集山西省眼科医院2017年11月至2022年11月的TAO者945例为病例组,2019年1月至2021年1月收治的非TAO者1407例,作为对照组。统计两组患者血型分布,在4组血型间进行两两比较,以评估不同血型患者TAO发生的风险。结果TAO组血型分布情况:A型22.12%(209/945)、AB型11.75%(111/945)、B型30.90%(292/945)、O型35.23%(333/945),血型分布特征为O>B>A>AB;对照组共收集1407例,血型分布特征为B>O>A>AB(χ^(2)=19.08,P<0.001)。O型血与A、B型血患者TAO发病比例差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.82、11.51,P=0.001、0.001)。O型血患者TAO的发病比例高于其他患者(OR=1.37,95%CI:1.14~1.63,P=0.001),A、B型血患者TAO发病风险低于其他患者(OR=0.79、0.81,P=0.017、0.018)。结论ABO血型与TAO的发生存在一定的相关性,O型血为TAO的易感因素,A、B型血为其潜在的保护因素。

Objective To investigate the correlation between ABO blood group and thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy(TAO).Methods This was a retrospective case series study.A total of 945 TAO patients in Shanxi Eye Hospital from Nov.2017 to Nov.2022 were collected as the case group,and 1407 non-TAO patients from Jan.2019 to Jan.2021 were collected as the control group.Blood group distribution of patients in the two groups was analyzed,and pairwise comparison was made between four blood groups to assess the risk of TAO in patients with different blood types.Results The blood group distribution of TAO group was 22.12%(209/945)of type A,11.75%(111/945)of type AB,30.90%(292/945)of type B,and 35.23%(333/945)of type O.The blood group distribution characteristics were O>B>A>AB.In the control group,blood samples collected from the 1407 patients showed that the blood group distribution was B>O>A>AB(χ^(2)=19.08,P<0.001).The proportion of TAO in patients with type O blood was significantly different from that in patients with type A or type B blood(χ^(2)=11.82,11.51;P=0.001,0.001).The proportion of TAO in patients with blood type O was higher than that in other patients(OR=1.37,95%CI:1.14-1.63,P=0.001),and the risk of TAO in patients with blood type A and B was lower than that in other patients(OR=0.79,0.81;P=0.017,0.018).Conclusion ABO lood type is related to the occurrence of TAO.Blood type O is the predisposition factor of TAO,and blood type A and B are the potential protective factors.
