糖尿病患者超声乳化白内障吸除术后黄斑区视网膜微循环及形态结构改变研究进展

Advances in the study of retinal and choroidal changes in macular area after phacoemulsification in diabetes patients

糖尿病患者接受白内障手术不仅可以改善视力,还有助于在早期对糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)进行诊治。但DR患者对白内障手术的耐受程度较差,术后发生的黄斑水肿可能会严重影响视力预后。随着光学相干断层扫描血管成像的出现,使观察眼底血管变化的难度大大降低,近年来相关研究进展迅速,对于糖尿病患者白内障术后视网膜及脉络膜变化的过程有了更加深入的认识。

Not only does cataract surgery in diabetic patients improve their vision,but it also aids in the early detection and treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR).However,patients with DR have a low tolerance for cataract surgery,and the macular edema that occurs after the procedure can adversely affect the visual prognosis.Fortunately,the introduction of optical coherence tomography angiography has significantly reduced the difficulty of observing vascular changes in the fundus,leading to rapid advancements in related research in recent years.This has provided a more comprehensive understanding of the process of retinal and choroidal changes following cataract surgery in diabetic patients.
