摘要
目的研究怀菊花Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat的化学成分。方法怀菊花提取物采用Diaion HP-20、Toyopearl HW-40、MCI Gel CHP-20、ODS、硅胶、半制备液相等进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从怀菊花提取物中分离得到18个化合物,分别鉴定为3β-hydroxy-β-ionone-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1)、pisumionoside(2)、(2E)-2-methyl-2-butene-1,4-diol-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3)、(Z)-5′-hydroxyjasmone-5′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)、(2E,8E)-十四烯-4,6-二炔-1,12,14-三羟基-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、对羟基苯丙醇(6)、3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(7)、6,7-二羟基香豆素(8)、对羟基苯乙酮(9)、芝麻素(10)、2-methylphenyl-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11)、chakyunglupalin B(12)、(R)-vicianin(13)、尿嘧啶(14)、胸腺嘧啶(15)、尿嘧啶核苷(16)、2′-脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(17)、L-苯丙氨酸(18)。结论化合物1~17为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the flower of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat..Methods The extract from C.morifolium was isolated and purified by Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,MCI Gel CHP-20,ODS,Silica gel chromatography semi-preparative-HPLC and so on,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results Eighteen compounds were isolated and identified as 3β-hydroxy-β-ionone-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),pisumionoside(2),(2E)-2-methyl-2-butene-1,4-diol-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),(Z)-5'-hydroxyjasmone-5'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),(2E,8E)-tetradecadiene-4,6-diyne-1,12,14-triol-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),p-hydroxy phenylpropanol(6),3,4-dihydroxyphenylethyl alcohol(7),6,7-dihydroxycoumarin(8),p-hydroxyacetophenone(9),sesamin(10),2-methylphenyl-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),chakyunglupalin B(12),(R)-vicianin(13),uracil(14),thymine(15),uridine(16),2'-thymidine(17)and L-phenylalanine(18).Conclusion Compounds 1-17 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
