艾叶中倍半萜类成分的分离与鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究菊科蒿属植物艾(Artemisia argyi)的倍半萜化学成分。方法干燥艾叶经体积分数为70%的乙醇-水溶液提取,所得浸膏经溶剂萃取后,分别经大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和高效液相色谱等进行分离,根据其理化性质及波谱数据分析,对它们的结构进行鉴定。结果共分离鉴定了15个倍半萜化合物,结构分别为:argyinolide N(1)、argyinolide M(2)、脱氢菊酮内酯(3)、dehydroleucodin(4)、5α-hydroxydehydroleucodin(5)、3α-氯-4β,10α-二羟基-1β,2β-环氧-5α,7αH-愈创木烷-11(13)-en-12,6α-内酯(6)、andalucin(7)、10-epiajafinin(8)、1α,2α,3α,4β,10α-五羟基愈创木酚-11(13)-烯-12,6α-内酯(9)、hanphyllin(10)、利得亭(11)、珊塔玛内酯(12)、ludovicin B(13)、魁蒿内酯(14)和11α,13-二氢魁蒿内酯(15)。结论化合物3、6、7、12、15为首次从蒿属植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of sesquiterpenes from Artemisia Argyi.Methods The leaves of A.argyi were extracted under the heat with 70%ethanol,the extract was separated via macroporous adsorption resin,silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),respectively.Their structures were identified by the physical and chemical properties and NMR spectral data analysis.Results 15 sesquiterpenoids were isolated from A.argyi.Their structures were identified as argyinolide N(1),argyinolide M(2),dehydromatricarin(3),dehydroleucodin(4),5α-hydroxydehydroleucodin(5),3α-chloro-4β,10α-dihydroxy-1β,2β-epoxy-5α,7αH-guai-11(13)-en-12,6α-olide(6),andalucin(7),10-epiajafinin(8),1α,2α,3α,4β,10α-pentahydroxyguaia-11(13)-ene-12,6α-olide(9),hanphyllin(10),ridentin(11),santamarin(12),ludovicin B(13),yomogin(14),and 11α,13-dihydroyomogin(15),respectively.Conclusion Compounds 3,6,7,12 and 15 were isolated from Artemisia for the first time.
