海水介质下某尾矿多金属选厂工艺优化与改进

摘要 国外某选厂位于南美大陆沿岸,其处理原料为上游铁选厂尾矿,来料性质为矿浆和尾矿回采干砂,主要含有价金属元素为Cu、Zn及少量Pb、Fe等。自2018年正式对接上游选厂后,一直存在来料流量、品位波动大,矿石性质变化复杂等不利因素,对选厂生产稳定带来极大挑战,为此,选厂进行了一系列工艺优化与改进,以期最大限度提高分选指标,提高资源综合回收率。 A foreign concentrating plant is located on the coast of the South American continent,and the raw materials treated by it are the tailings of the upstream iron concentrating plant,the nature of which is pulp and tailings recovery dry sand,mainly containing metal elements Cu,Zn and a small amount of Pb,Fe and so on.Since the official docking of the upstream separation plant in 2018,there have been adverse factors such as large incoming flow,grade fluctuations,and complex ore property changes,which have brought great challenges to the stability of the production of the separation plant.To this end,the separation plant has carried out a series of process optimization and improvement,in order to maximize the separation index and improve the comprehensive recovery rate of resources.
