新型炼钢化渣剂的开发应用与工艺实践

摘要 新疆八一钢铁股份有限公司钢水精炼过程使用萤石作为化渣剂,存在采购价格昂贵、萤石中SiO_(2)含量高,在铝镇静钢生产过程中有诸多负面影响。为此开发了利用电解铝工业生产过程中产生的炭渣废料作为萤石替代品的工艺技术,经2021年工业化试验后,取得了较好的工艺效果,能够满足钢水精炼化渣剂的工艺需求,可替代萤石在钢水精炼过程中作为化渣剂使用。本文简介了利用炭渣替代萤石在精炼炉生产过程中的工艺实践过程,供同行参考。 In the refining process of molten steel,Xinjiang Bayi Iron and Steel Co.Ltd.,fluorite is used as slagging agent,which has expensive purchase price,high SiO_(2) content in fluorite,and many negative effects in the production process of aluminum-killed steel.For this reason,the technology of using carbon slag waste produced in the industrial production of electrolytic aluminum as a substitute for fluorite was developed.After the industrial test in 2021,good process results were obtained,which can meet the process requirements of refining slag of molten steel,and can replace fluorite as slagging agent in the refining process of molten steel.This paper introduces the process practice of replacing fluorite with carbon slag in refining furnace for reference.
