金属化物料转炉冶炼技术研究与分析

摘要 金属化物料在一定比例下加入转炉代替部分废钢可行,加入氧化球团金属化物料对钢水的成分控制有一定的积极作用,终点磷、硫含量相对正常炉次低,随着还原物料品位和金属化率的提高,允许转炉使用的量也在逐步提高,测算金属收得率总体在提高。 It is feasible to add metallized materials to converter to replace part of scrap steel in a certain proportion.Adding oxidized pellet metallized materials has a certain positive effect on the composition control of molten steel.The content of terminal phosphorus and sulfur is lower than that of normal furnace.With the improvement of the grade of reduced materials and the metallization rate,the amount of permitted use of the converter is also gradually increasing,and it is estimated that the overall metal yield is increasing.
