摘要
对TA1/Cu复合板(复层TA1厚2mm,中间层Cu厚1mm)进行了钨极氩弧焊(TIG)对接焊,并对接头组织特征开展分析,研究其拉伸力学和显微硬度。结果表明:在焊缝横截面处表现出明显分层,复层TA1和过渡层之间表现出明显冶金结合状态。界面上Ti与Cu形成了极大浓度梯度,界面上Ti浓度梯度显著高于Cu的浓度梯度。TA1侧断口表现出了明显冰糖花样纹路;TA1/Cu界面断裂表现为解理断裂,表明铜层焊缝达到了良好塑韧性。
TA1/Cu composite plate(TA1 thickness of 2 mm,Cu thickness of 1 mm)was butt welded by TIG welding.The microstructure characteristics of the joint were analyzed,and the tensile mechanics and microhardness of the joint were studied.The results show that there are obvious delamination at the cross section of the weld,and obvious metallurgical bonding between TAl and the transition layer.There is a maximum concentration gradient between Ti and Cu at the interface,and the concentration gradient of Ti at the interface is significantly higher than that of Cu.TA1 side fracture showed obvious rock sugar pattern.The TA1l/Cu interface fracture is cleavage fracture,indicating that the weld of the copper layer has reached good plasticity toughness.
