摘要
高炉瓦斯灰泥含有一定量的铁氧化物、氧化锌和碳,回转窑处理高炉瓦斯灰泥技术具有工艺成熟、效益显著的特点。回转窑对高炉瓦斯灰进行高温还原,不仅可生产ZnO含量≮50%的氧化锌粉,而且提取ZnO后剩余的还原铁渣中ZnO含量≯1.0%、TFe含量>50%,铁渣可返回钢铁企业循环利用或继续提纯后生产高品质铁粉。
Blast furnace gas mortar contains a certain amount of iron oxide,zinc oxide and carbon.The treatment of blast furnace gas mortar by rotary kiln has the characteristics of mature technology and remarkable benefit.Rotary kiln for high temperature reduction of blast furnace gas ash,not only can produce ZnO content of 50%zinc oxide powder,and extract the remaining ZnO reduced iron slag after the ZnO content ≯1.0%,TFe content>50%,iron slag can be returned to the iron and steel enterprise recycling or continue to purify after the production of high-quality iron powder.
