HL-2M装置氦回收纯化系统的设计与调试

Design and commissioning of helium recovery and purification system of HL-2M Tokamak

摘要 核工业西南物理研究院为HL-2M托卡马克装置建设了一套氦回收纯化系统,主要包括氦气存储系统、氦气回收系统及氦气纯化系统。其中氦气存储系统最大存储能力6 240 m^(3);氦气回收系统主要包括一套50 m3/h高压活塞压缩机;氦气纯化系统的核心设备是一套120 m^(3)/h高压纯化器氦气。利用高压压缩及低温冷凝吸附原理,目前该系统开展了压力管道耐压测试,氦压缩机性能测试以及回收纯化性能调试,压机整机泄露率达到0.7×10^(-8)Pa.m/s满足要求。出口氦气中的氮含量0.01 ppm,水含量1.46 ppm,碳氢化合物含量0.31 ppm,油含量2.92 ppb,出口纯度稳定在99.999%以上,达到设计要求。HL-2M装置氦回收纯化系统的调试成功,将提升后续低温系统的氦气液化和分配能力,为HL-2M装置的稳定运行提供保障。 The Southwestern Institute of Physics(SWIP)has built a set of helium recovery and purification system for HL-2M Tokamak,mainly including helium storage system,helium recovery system and helium purification system.The maximum storage capacity of the helium storage system was 6240 m3,the helium recovery system mainly included a set of 50 m3/h high-pressure piston compressor.The key equipment of helium purification system was a set of high-pressure purifier with a purifica⁃tion capacity of 120 m3/h.By utilizing the principles of high-pressure compression and low-temperature condensation adsorp⁃tion,the system has conducted pressure test of pressure pipeline,helium compressor performance test,and recovery and purifica⁃tion performance commissioning.The leakage rate of the entire compressor reached 0.7×10-8 Pa·m/s.The nitrogen content in the outlet helium was 0.01 ppm,water content was 1.46 ppm,hydrocarbon content was 0.31 ppm,oil content was 2.92 ppb,and the outlet purity was stable at over 99.999%,meeting the design requirements.The successful commissioning of the helium recovery and purification system in the HL-2M device will enhance the helium liquefaction and distribution capacity of the sub⁃sequent cryogenic system,providing guarantee for the stable operation of the HL-2M Tokamak.
