青岛传统里院改造复兴实践设计探讨

A study on the renovation and revival design of Qingdao Liyuan

里院是根植于青岛本土、兼具中西方建筑特色的地方建筑形式,随着城市社会的发展,传统里院空间衰败、活力丧失,里院的更新改造势在必行。以四方路历史文化街区济宁路61号里院与胶州路126号里院的实践改造为例,将里院的建筑现状、历史文化以及未来经济效益作为改造复兴的考虑因素,从建筑风貌再造、业态功能置换以及院落空间重塑3个方面阐述两栋里院改造复兴设计的具体措施,期望对未来青岛市传统里院的复兴建设提供参考。

Liyuan is a form of local architecture in Qingdao and has the characteristics of “combining Chinese and Western elements”.With the development of the society,Liyuan is more and more unable to meet the requirements of the times,and therefore the renovation of Liyuan is imperative.This study analyzes the renovation of Liyuan of 61 Jining Road and 126 Jiaozhou Road.Taking into consideration the current situation,history and economic benefits of Liyuan,this study expounds the specific reconstruction measures of the two buildings from the three aspects of architectural style reproduction,commercial function replacement and courtyard life reconstruction,hoping to provide reference for the revival construction of Qingdao Liyuan in the future.
