胶体金免疫层析法快速检测人工养殖复齿鼯鼠所产五灵脂中氯霉素残留

Rapid detection of chloramphenicol residues in Wulingzhi produced by artificially bred complex-toothed flying squirrel by colloidal gold immunochromatography

目的:建立五灵脂中氯霉素的胶体金免疫层析快速检测方法。方法:采用免疫竞争法对比检测线与控制线两者之间颜色深浅的差距,定性判定五灵脂中的氯霉素含量。结果:检出限:0.1μg/kg、灵敏度:≥98%、特异性:≥90%、假阴性率:≤1%、假阳性率:≤10%。结论:该方法可作为人工养殖复齿鼯鼠所产五灵脂药材中氯霉素的胶体金免疫层析快速检测。

Objective:To establish a colloidal gold immunochromatographic method for rapid detection of chloramphenicol in Wulingzhi.Methods:The difference of color depth between detection line and control line was compared by immune competition method to qualitatively determine the chloramphenicol content in Wulingzhi.Results:Detection limit:0.1μg/kg,sensitivity:≥98%,specificity:≥90%,false negative rate:≤1%,and false positive rate:≤10%.Conclusion:The method can be used as colloidal gold immunochromatography for the rapid detection of chloramphenicol in Wulingzhi produced by artificially bred complex-toothed flying squirrel.
