摘要
【目的】研究不同速度等级下铁路接触网链形悬挂类型和参数对弓网运行状态的影响。【方法】采用有限元仿真法来建立不同速度等级下铁路接触网链形悬挂弓网动态仿真模型。选取不同速度等级与不同接触悬挂类型的弹性链悬挂和简单链形悬挂接触网系统,建立基于有限元的弓网动态仿真模型,对弓网动态性能进行比较分析。【结果】仿真性能研究结果表明:简单链形悬挂适用于速度为200 km/h的电气化铁路。当速度为300 km/h时,弹性链形悬挂接触力的变化更加平顺,且波动幅度更小,综合性能要优于简单链形悬挂。【结论】不同速度等级下,接触网链形悬挂类型和参数对弓网运行状态有较大影响。
[Purposes] This paper aims to study the influence of catenary suspension type and parameters on the operation status of pantograph and catenary under different speed levels.[Methods] The finite element simulation method was used to establish the dynamic simulation model of catenary suspension under different speed levels,and this paper selects the flexible catenary suspension and simple catenary suspension catenary system with different speed levels and different contact suspension types,and establishes the dynamic simulation model of pantograph and catenary based on finite element to compared and analyzed the dynamic performance of pantograph-catenary system.[Findings] The simulation performance parameter results show that the simple chain suspension is applicable to the electrified railway of200 km/h.When the speed is 300 km/h,the contact force of the elastic chain suspension changes more smoothly,and the fluctuation range is smaller,and the comprehensive performance is better than that of the simple chain suspension.[Conclusions] The type and parameters of catenary chain suspension have a significant impact on the operating status of the pantograph and catenary under different speed levels.
