不同基质对含笑嫩枝扦插生根的影响

Effects of Different Substrates on Rooting of Michelia figo Young Branch Cuttings

为了提高含笑植物的繁殖效率,探究了不同基质对含笑嫩枝扦插生根的影响。本文采用1-2年生含笑嫩枝插穗为试验材料,研究不同的扦插基质包括珍珠岩、河沙、泥炭土、蛭石和椰糠对含笑嫩枝扦插生根的影响。在5种基质中,泥炭土基质表现最佳,含笑嫩枝扦插综合指标优于其他基质,综合评价指数排名最前。椰糠基质表现最差,含笑嫩枝扦插综合指标劣于其他基质,综合评价指数排名最后。本文为含笑扦插繁殖的基质提供一定的参考。

In order to improve the reproductive efficiency of Michelia figo,the effects of different substrates on the rooting of Michelia figo young branch cuttings were explored.Using 1-2 year old Michelia figo twig cuttings as experimental materials,the effects of different cutting substrates including perlite,river sand,peat soil,vermiculite and coconut bran on the rooting of Michelia figo young branch cuttings were studied.Among the five substrates,the peat soil substrate performed the best,and the comprehensive index of Michelia figo young branch cuttings was better than other substrates,and the comprehensive evaluation index ranked the top.Coconut peat substrate performed the worst,and the comprehensive index of Michelia figo young branch cuttings was inferior to other substrates,and the comprehensive evaluation index ranked last.Among the different substrates,peat soil is the most suitable as the cutting substrate of Michelia figo.This paper provides a certain reference for the substrate of Michelia figo cutting propagation.
