数字普惠金融助力乡村振兴研究--以山东省为例

Research on Digital Inclusive Finance for Rual Revitalization:Take Shandong Province as an Example

在数字化普惠金融助力乡村振兴的大背景下,以北京大学数字普惠金融指数为基础,山东省为案例,对数字普惠金融的现状进行了深入剖析。通过对现阶段城乡间数字普惠金融发展中存在的问题进行深入研究,提出以下建议:第一,加强农村区域数字基础设施建设,缩小城乡地区间的“数字鸿沟”;第二,进一步完善数字普惠金融相关法规,通过法律监管防范数字金融风险;第三,对农户进行金融知识宣传教育,提升农民的数字金融素养;第四,引导数字普惠金融为实体经济提供支持性帮助。

In the context of digital inclusive finance contributing to rural revitalization,this paper takes Shandong province as an example and analyzes the current situation of digital inclusive finance development by using peking university digital inclusive finance index.Based on the study of the current issues related to the development of digital inclusive finance between urban and rural areas,the following recommendations are made:First,strengthening digital infrastructure in rural areas to narrow the"digital divide"in rural areas;Second,improve and supplement the laws and regulations related to digital inclusive finance,and prevent digital financial risks through legal regulation;Third,educating farmers on financial literacy and developing their digital financial management qualities;Fourth,guide digital inclusive finance to provide supportive help to the real economy.
