产教融合促进经济社会高质量发展的实证分析

Empirical Analysis of the Integration of Industry and Education to Promote High-Quality Economic and Social Development

高质量发展需要高素质实用型技能人才。针对人才供需存在“两张皮”的问题,高职院校立足区域发展战略,以产教融合为抓手,助推高质量发展。采用实证方法对当前产教融合促进经济社会高质量发展情况进行测算。首先,构建产教融合与经济社会高质量发展指标体系。其次,明确产教融合推动高质量发展的逻辑和作用机制,并以此为依据选定3个投入指标和4个产出指标。最后,运用DEA方法计算全国30个省份产教融合促进地区高质量发展的相对效率值,并对测算结果进行简要分析。同时,也对山东省产教深度融合提出改进建议。

High-quality development of economy and society requires high-quality practical skilled talents.Aiming at the imbalance of talent supply and demand,based the regional development strategy,higher vocational colleges focus on the integration of industry and education to promote the high-quality development.This study uses empirical methods to measure the current situation of promoting high-quality economic and social development through the integration of industry and education.First,an indicator system for the integration of industry and education and high-quality economic and social development has been built.Secondly,the logic and mechanism of the integration of industry and education to promote high-quality development have been clarified,and three input indicators and four output indicators have been selected based on this.Finally,the DEA method has been used to calculate the relative efficiency values of promoting high-quality development in 30 provinces across the country through the integration of industry and education,and the calculation results have been briefly analyzed.At the same time,improvement suggestions have also been proposed for the deep integration of industry and education in Shandong Province.
