生态清洁型小流域综合治理与乡村振兴结合发展的研究

为进一步满足社会经济高速发展的需求,满足人们对于良好居住环境和清洁水源的需要,有必要以小流域综合治理为基础,做好水土保持生态清洁型小流域工程建设,同时兼顾乡村振兴举措,以农村"生产发展、村容整洁"作为切入点,以小流域的综合治理为重点,改善水土流失现状,实现对水源的保护,促进农业集约化发展。结合工程概况,采取生态自然修复与水土流失综合治理措施,完善建设目标,做好水土监测工作,为乡村振兴战略的落实奠定基础。

In order to further meet the needs of rapid social and economic development and meet people's needs for a good living environment and clean water source,it is necessary to take comprehensive management of small watershed as the basis,do a good job in the construction of ecological and clean small watershed projects for soil and water conservation,and at the same time take into account rural revitalization measures,take rural“production development,village appearance and cleanliness”as the starting point,and focus on comprehensive management of small watershed,to improve the current situation of soil and water loss,realize the protection of water sources,and promote the intensive development of agriculture.Combined with the general situation of the project,measures for ecological and natural restoration and comprehensive control of soil and water loss should be taken to improve the construction objectives,and soil and water monitoring should be done well to lay the foundation for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
