摘要
新课程改革驱动教师合作应变,后现代时代呼唤教师合作之变。基于后现代教师文化理论与建构主义教学理论,以TALIS 2018上海教师数据为样本,探讨教师自主权对教师合作的影响机制。结果表明:教师自主权正向影响教师合作,建构主义教学在教师自主权与教师合作之间起部分中介作用,教师自主权对建构主义教学的正向影响随着班级纪律氛围变强而减弱。建议以变革教师合作为路向,赋予教师教学自主权;以建构主义教学为情境,创设教师专业发展活动;以激发师生自主权为旨归,调控班级纪律氛围。
The new curriculum reform drives the strain of teacher cooperation,and the postmodern era calls for the change of teacher cooperation.Based on the postmodern teacher culture theory and constructivist teaching theory,using teachers'data of TALIS 2018 Shanghai as a sample,we explored the influence mechanism of teacher autonomy on teacher cooperation.The results show that teacher autonomy positively affects teacher cooperation,constructivist teaching partially mediates between teacher autonomy and teacher cooperation,and the positive effect of teacher autonomy on constructivist teaching diminishes as the classroom discipline climate becomes stronger.It is suggested to change teacher cooperation as a way to give teachers teaching autonomy;to regard constructivist teaching as a context to create teacher professional development activities;and to stimulate teacher and student autonomy as a purpose to regulate the classroom discipline climate.
